Candlelit Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)

Join Emma for a 2- hour Winter Yin Yoga and Deep Relaxation workshop at Topaz Dance School in Shrewsbury.
As we move deeper into winter it can be a time to turn inwards and allow ourselves to give our body to the earth. Exploring yin yoga, a style of yoga that uses long-held, passive poses (seated or lying down) to nourish the connective tissues in the body, promoting greater physical flexibility, organ health and peace of mind.
An opportunity to turn inward, slow down and soften more deeply. Yin yoga is a perfect balance to a more ‘yang’ style dynamic practice, and can have a deeply relaxing effect and offer deep peace within the stresses of a busy life moving towards Christmas.
Also time for a deep conscious relaxation (guided yoga Nidra).
By the end of the workshop you will feel deeply nourished, restored and inspired.
Come rest your bones and make space in your mind and body as we move into the depths of the Winter season.
Yin yoga is transformative and perfect for beginners.
Bring a mat, a blanket and cushions for comfort and added warmth.
