shrewsbury: VICTORIA MAW
Victoria has been practising yoga for over 10 years and during that time has experimented with all sorts of practices from hot yoga to hatha and vinyasa flow. Her yoga practice really came into its own when she was pregnant with her first daughter. She found yoga to be a huge comfort and calming influence throughout pregnancy, labour and the post-natal period. Victoria is now passionate about how yoga can equip us with the tools to face the challenges of motherhood.
She specialises in pregnancy yoga and slow-flow vinyasa yoga, concentrating on connecting breath and movement. Moving like this allows the body to become stronger and more flexible.
She trained with Yoga London in 2015, under the guidance of Holly Warren, and soon afterwards completed her pregnancy yoga training with Uma Dinsmore Tuli. She will train with Strala yoga founder,Tara Stiles, later this year and is looking forward to introducing Strala yoga to Shrewsbury.
