Ryton and church stretton: sue lean
After living in a rural area in the South of France for ten years, Sue Lean discovered yoga on her return to this
country and has been practising and teaching yoga for many years. She is also a Therapeutic Massage Therapist and Healer.
In combining all these interests, she approaches yoga as a wonderful and constantly inventive way of providing tools for healing and self-discovery. Combining humour, serious focus and compassion for the human condition, her classes are enjoyable, challenging and varied. Her experience from her massage and energy healing work, and interest in those “of a certain age” and
those coping with illness or other stress, has led her to create two therapeutic classes, using gentle movement, breathing exercises and Yoga Nidra, a powerful relaxation and healing technique.
She also believes that there is a deep need to practice and experience meditation in our technological age and develop the skill of centering and finding true peace within, and is creating small groups to fulfil that need.
