Yoga for Pregnancy, Wednesdays 6 - 7pm
Gentle stretching, breathing and deep relaxation for women who are 14 to 40 weeks pregnant. Suitable for complete beginners to yoga, or those who are more experienced.
Yoga for Mums (postnatal and beyond), Wednesdays 7.15 - 8.30pm
Me-time for mums to energise and rejuvenate after birth. Suitable for beginners or more experienced.
Yoga for Mums and Babies, Mondays 11am - 12.30pm
Stretching, toning and breathing for mums combined with movement, massage and song for babies. Suitable 6 weeks after birth, or whenever you feel ready for exercise. Followed by refreshments and a chance to meet other mums.
All classes are held at Radbrook Community Centre. Booking is essential for all, please phone Vicky on 01743 860668. Payment for all classes is for a block (usually 6 weeks) @ £6 per class. Please ask if paying termly isn't possible. For the pregnancy class, 36 weeks plus can drop in and pay weekly.
