Jackie Jones teaches at Meole Brace Secondary School on Longden Road on Tuesday evenings 7.30-9pm. Jackie is a certified yoga therapist with more than 20 years experience. Her teaching style is through flowing postures with emphasis on the breath combining to form a moving meditation - both relaxing and energising.
