Jilly is a qualified and experienced British Wheel of Yoga teacher. Her classes provide a good way of regaining and maintaining suppleness, flexibility, and strength. The atmosphere of the class is friendly and students are encouraged to work at a level that is right for them, and to adapt poses where necessary. Yoga poses that stress or damage the body are not included. Students learn how to use the breath to support the poses, and in this way the class often has a meditative feel. A relaxation at the end of the class leaves you feeling refreshed and renewed.
