Shrewsbury and the surrounding areas (including mine!), where you can find out more about the teachers, types of classes and locations available for practising your yoga.
It's also about trying to build a bit of an online yoga community in the area. There's the Shrewsbury Yoga Forum where you can talk about your yoga, swap your old yoga books or offer lift shares to classes and workshops - whatever you fancy, really! And you can sign up to our Facebook page or click the buttons below to help spread the word and grow the community.
