Jackie Jones teaches a beginners class at Coleham Primary School on Greyfriars Road, SY3 7EN, on Tuesday evenings 6-7.15pm. This is followed with a continuers/improvers class from 7.30-9pm. Jackie is a certified yoga therapist with more than 20 years experience of study in the field of yoga and mind body health. Her teaching style is through flowing postures with emphasis on the breath combining to form a moving meditation - both relaxing and energising.
