BWY teacher Faith Page teaches an intermediate class on Wednesday evenings at Bomere Heath C of E Primary School (term-time only). 7.30-9pm. £5.50 per class or £4 per week if you pay for a whole term. The first class is free! It's a relaxed and friendly yoga class, with asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing) and relaxation. I also run workshops and this website!
