BWY teacher Faith Page teaches a beginners/improvers class on Wednesday evenings at Bomere Heath C of E Primary School (term-time only). 6pm - 7.15pm. £5.50 per class or £4 per week if you pay for a whole term. The first class is free! It's a relaxed and friendly yoga class, with asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing) and relaxation. I also run workshops and this website!
